Governance, Compliance, and Institutional Authority System

Excellence in Governance and Compliance

Implement a governance and compliance model that ensures transparency, integrity, institutional credibility, legal certainty, and management excellence.
Positioning Instituto Vívere at the highest standard required by funders, companies, public authorities, and international organizations.

Excellence in Governance and Compliance

Vívere Institute Anti-Corruption Policy rests on three pillars. Zero Tolerance establishes an absolute prohibition of undue advantages and misappropriation. The Whistleblower Channel provides a confidential system for reporting irregularities. Internal Audits carry out periodic compliance checks.

Code of Ethics and Conduct

Instituto Vívere's work is guided by five institutional principles. Legality ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, while morality ensures ethical conduct in all of the institution's actions. Through impartiality, everyone receives equal treatment, without favoritism. Transparency brings clarity and openness to processes and decisions, and efficiency seeks to optimize resources and results.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Vívere Institute adopts mandatory measures to prevent conflicts of interest and favoritism. The process unfolds in three stages: Declaration, which requires a mandatory annual declaration; Analysis, which provides for prior review of contracts; and Prevention, which sets out measures against favoritism. In this way, the institution ensures the prohibition of favoritism and prior analysis in all contracting.
